Cast-in-situ terrazzo floors, natural stone and exposed brick give it a warm, earthy character; two living rooms, a large covered sit-out and a landscaped garden give everyone room to spread out. Each king bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, and the private pool has no neighbouring homes in sight. Benaulim and Colva beaches are about two kilometres away.
